Parallax template is an Ultimatum Child theme with some custom CSS-3.

There is a custom menu JS and a custom loop with a different view. All the other elements are already done with Ultimatum just drag-drop and select.

To install this template you have to already installed an Ultimatum at your site.

We recommended to use a clean install of WordPress and latest version of Ultimatum.

We used some Ultimatum Plugins. You need to install before install OnePage template. They are:

  • Ultimatum Library (From Ult. ToolSet)
  • Visual Composer (From Ult. ToolSet)
  • Ether Forms (From Ult. ToolSet)
  • Revolution Slider (From Ult. ToolSet)
  • Ultimatum Short codes (Ultimatum->Settings->Advanced Settings->Extra Settings; Turn On Ultimatum Shortcodes.)

Also you need to add 2 Custom post types. They are Members and  Portfolios. You can see the images about their settings.

Now you are ready to import Parallax content. To import content of Parallax;

To download parallax demo data please click here.

Tools->Import, Install WordPress Importer. Activate&Run Plugin

Chose file, click to “Upload line and import”.

Time to install Parallax template to your wordpress.

Go to Appearence->Themes, Select “Add New” at the top of that page.
Click “Upload Theme” at the top of page
Chose the template file
Click “Install Now” button.

Go to Appearence->Themes and activate Ultimatum Parallax.

Now you need to select default Theme and Layout.

Go to Ultimatum Parallax-Templates,
Set as default Parallax .

Extra Elemets

As we told at the start of tutorial there are 2 different parts of this template. One of is the menu part. When you need to add a menu item you need to use that as an anchor. As you can see at your demo install we added them as text widgets. They looks like links .
For example <a name=”features”></a> This is where menu items go.
